If the user accesses, books or uses Lemon Travel’s products or services (referred to as “services”hereinafter) on this website, it is deemed that the user has accepted the following disclaimer (referred to as “this Service Agreement” or “this Agreement”), please read the following content carefully, especially the bold text below. The content of this agreement includes the agreement text, the individual service agreements of the website, and other rules that Lemon Trip has published or may publish in the future, including but not limited to disclaimers, privacy policies, product booking notices, travel contracts, account agreements, and other agreements (“Other Terms”). If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the “Other Terms”, the “Other Terms” shall prevail. Except for other specific declarations, any services provided by Lemon Travel are subject to this Agreement.
If you log in to Lemon Trip’s platform, access the website or use the services as a user of an affiliate or partner company of Lemon Trip, it is deemed that you agree to all the terms of this Agreement, as well as other rules, instructions, and guidelines published by Lemon Trip.
柠檬旅行运用自己的操作系统通过国际互联网络为用户提供旅行相关产品的预订服务。注册会员即代表用户同意：
⑴提供及时、详尽及准确的个人资料。
⑵不断更新注册资料，符合及时、详尽准确的要求。所有原始键入的资料将引用为注册资料。
用户信息将用于相关产品的预订。如果用户提供的资料不准确，导致服务无法顺利完成，其导致的损失或影响由用户自行承担，与柠檬旅行无关。
用户在享用柠檬旅行服务的同时，即代表同意接受柠檬旅行提供的各类信息服务，包括但不限于EDM、短信、PC端广告等服务类及营销类信息。
Lemon Trip uses its own operating system to provide users with travel-related product booking services through the international internet network. By registering as a member, users agree to:
(1)Provide timely, detailed, and accurate personal information.
(2)Continuously update the registration information to meet timely, detailed, and accurate requirements. All original typed information will be referred to as registration information.
User information will be used for the booking of relevant products. If the information provided by the user is inaccurate and causes the service to fail to be completed smoothly, any resulting losses or impacts will be borne by the user and will have nothing to do with Lemon Trip.
By using Lemon Trip’s services, users agree to accept various information services provided by Lemon Trip, including but not limited to EDM, SMS, PC advertising, and other service and marketing information.
您完全理解并不可撤销地、免费地授予柠檬旅行及其关联公司、业务合作伙伴下列权利：
为确保服务的顺利实现，您同意柠檬旅行将您的注册信息，预订信息，交易/支付数据等信息和数据同步至柠檬旅行的系统并进行使用。
为确保交易安全，允许柠檬旅行及其关联公司、业务合作伙伴对用户信息进行数据分析，并对分析结果进行商业利用。
您在享受携程提供的各项服务的同时，授权并同意接受柠檬旅行向您的电子邮件、手机、通信地址等发送商业信息，包括不限于最新的产品信息、促销信息等。若您选择不接受，您可以自行设置，拒绝该类信息服务。
You fully and irrevocably grant Lemon Trip and its affiliated companies and business partners the following rights, free of charge:
To ensure the smooth implementation of the services, you agree that Lemon Trip will synchronize and use your registration information, booking information, transaction/payment data, and other information and data to its system.
To ensure the safety of the transactions, Lemon Trip and its affiliated companies/business partners are allowed to conduct data analysis on the user information and utilize the analysis results for commercial purposes.
While enjoying the services provided by Lemon Trip, you authorize and agree to receive commercial information such as the latest product information, promotion information, etc. from Lemon Travel through your email, mobile phone, communication address, etc. If you choose not to accept it, you can set it by yourself and refuse such information services.
(1) 用户需如实提供正确的个人信息，如信息更新需及时联系告知；
(2)按照合同所述条款支付产品/服务相关费用；
(3)柠檬旅行强烈建议每一位用户在预订产品/服务前，购买个人旅游保险；如因无保险导致无法参团，或其它任何相关损失，与柠檬旅行无关；
(4)发生突发事件时，配合工作人员采取措施防止损失扩大；
(5)用户应确保自身心理，及身体健康。如用户有重大疾病、传染性疾病、过敏史、精神病等不适宜的情况，应当在预订服务时主动告知产品/ 服务提供商。如用户明知其具有以上情况，仍坚持预订产品/ 服务，造成用户或第三方人身、财产损害的，用户需承担全部赔偿责任。
(6)因不可抗力、意外事件等，导致用户无法实现所预订产品 / 服务，以旅行产品 / 服务的供应商理赔标准为参考。柠檬旅行将予以协助，但并不承担任何责任。[1]自然灾害及恶劣天气，如台风、洪水、冰雹；[2]政府行为，如脱欧、征收、征用、签订条约、对外宣战等；[3]社会异常事件，如罢工、骚乱；[4]法律规定的其他情形 [5]因天气原因主办方临时取消活动。
(7)遵守国家和地方的法律法规和有关规定，不在旅游行程中从事违法活动，不参与色情、赌博和涉毒活动；
(8)遵守公共秩序和社会公德，尊重当地的民族风俗习惯；尊重服务人，举止文明；
(9)妥善保管好自己的行李物品；
(10)行程中发生纠纷，应本着平等协商的原则解决，采取适当措施防止损失的扩大，不得拒绝登机（车、船）等行为拖延行程或者在未经允许的情况下脱团；
(11)自行安排活动期间，应当在自己能够控制的风险范围内选择活动项目，并对自己的安全负责；
(12)在合法权益收到损害要求索赔时，提供合法有效的凭据。
The following are the notices and obligations of the user / customer:
(1) Users are required to provide accurate personal information truthfully and promptly inform the company of any updates to their information.
(2) Users are required to pay for products/services related fees in accordance with the terms of the contract.
(3) Lemon Trip strongly recommends that every user purchase personal travel insurance before booking any products/services. If the user cannot participate in the tour due to lack of insurance or any other related losses, Lemon Trip shall not be held responsible.
(4) In the event of an emergency during the trip, customers are required to cooperate with staff to take measures to prevent further losses.
(5)The user should ensure their own mental and physical health. If the user has any major diseases, infectious diseases, allergies, mental illnesses, or other conditions that are not suitable for the booked services, they should proactively inform the product/service provider when making the reservation. If the user is aware of such conditions and still insists on booking the product/service, and this results in harm to the user or third party’s person or property, the user will be responsible for all compensation.
(6)In the event that a user is unable to fulfill their reservation for a travel product/service due to force majeure, unexpected events, etc., Lemon Travel will assist based on the compensation standards of the travel product/service supplier, but will not assume any responsibility. Force majeure events may include: [1]natural disasters and severe weather, such as typhoons, floods, and hail;[2] government actions, such as Brexit, requisitioning, signing treaties, and declaring war; [3]social unrest, such as strikes and riots; [4]other circumstances as defined by law; [5]cancellation of an activity due to weather conditions.
(7) Users are required to comply with national and local laws and regulations and relevant provisions, refrain from engaging in illegal activities during the tour, and not participate in activities related to pornography, gambling, or drugs.
(8) Users are required to abide by public order and social morality, respect local ethnic customs and habits, respect service personnel, and behave in a civilized manner.
(9) Users are required to properly keep their own luggage and belongings.
(10) In the event of a dispute during the tour, users are required to resolve it on the basis of equal consultation, take appropriate measures to prevent further losses, and not refuse to board (bus, ship, etc.) or leave the tour without permission.
(11) During self-arranged activities, users should choose activities within their own controllable risk range and be responsible for their own safety.
(12) When claiming damages for legitimate rights and interests, users must provide valid credentials.
您理解并接受：[1]同一旅行产品 / 服务，可能因为预订时间不同、产品供应商不同、特别优惠等，导致价格不同。
您接受并同意柠檬旅行通过产品 / 服务费用的支付，作为请确认预订 / 购买的唯一标准。如果您选择银行转帐，需在预订产品 / 服务后的48小时内完成费用支付，并自主、及时与工作人员联系确认。如因未能及时支付导致任何影响或损失，与柠檬旅行无关。
You understand and accept that: [1] for the same travel product/service, the price may vary due to different booking time, different product suppliers, promotions, etc.
You accept and agree that payment erves as the sole confirmation method for your reservation/purchase. If you choose bank transfer, you need to complete the payment within 48 hours after booking the product/service, and contact the staff to confirm in a timely manner. Lemon Trip shall not be held responsible for any impact or loss caused by failure to pay in a timely manner.

您完全理解并同意，本服务涉及到互联网及移动通讯等服务，可能会受到各个环节不稳定因素的影响。因此任何因不可抗力、计算机病毒或黑客攻击、系统不稳定、用户所在位置、用户关机、GSM网络、互联网络、通信线路等其他携程网无法预测或控制的原因，造成服务中断、取消或终止的风险，由此给您带来的损失柠檬旅行不承担赔偿责任。
柠檬旅行需要定期或不定期地对提供网络服务的平台或相关的设备进行检修或者维护，如因此类情况而造成网络服务（包括收费网络服务）在合理时间内的中断，柠檬旅行无需为此承担任何责任，但柠檬旅行应尽可能事先进行通知。
您完全理解并同意，除本服务协议另有规定外，鉴于网络服务的特殊性，柠檬旅行有可能变更、中断或终止部分或全部的网络服务，柠檬旅行无需为此承担任何责任，但柠檬旅行应尽可能事先进行通知，并尽可能给您预留时间以便处理相关权益。
You fully understand and agree that the service involves the internet and mobile communication services, which may be affected by various unstable factors. Therefore, any risks of service interruption, cancellation, or termination caused by force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, GSM networks, internet networks, communication lines, or other reasons that Lemon Trip cannot predict or control will not be compensated by Lemon Trip for any losses incurred to you.
Lemon Trip needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platforms or related equipment that provide network services. If network services (including fee-based network services) are interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances, Lemon Trip will not be liable for any responsibility, but Lemon Trip should notify you in advance as much as possible.
You fully understand and agree that, except as otherwise provided in this Service Agreement, given the particularity of network services, Lemon Trip may change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the network services, and Lemon Trip will not be liable for any responsibility. However, Lemon Trip should notify you in advance as much as possible and reserve a reasonable time for you to process related rights and interests.
(1)如因柠檬旅行导致用户预订的产品 / 服务的变更、中断、终止，[1]在用户同意的情况下，为用户更改出行日期；[2]退换支付费用，取消预订。
(2)如因产品 / 服务的供应商，导致用户预订的产品 / 服务的变更、中断、终止，则以供应商服务的条款为准，柠檬旅行将最大程度协助用户，但不做承诺。因此造成的损失等，与柠檬旅行无关。
(3)如因客户个人原因导致预订的产品 / 服务的变更、中断、终止：
[1]出行前72小时内不可退改。
[2]出行前72小时至10天内，可根据实际可调整的出团情况免费改期，或退换50%已支付的款项。
[3]出行前10天以上，可根据实际可调整的出团情况免费改期，或退换100%已支付的款项。
特别注明：以上信息为柠檬旅行服务平台的退改标准，如果与产品 / 服务的提供方的退改标准不同，则需满足双方的退改标准。柠檬旅行享有最终解释权。
(1) If Lemon Trip causes any changes, interruptions, or terminations to the products/services booked by the user, [1] with the user’s agreement, Lemon Trip can change the travel date; [2] refund or cancel the booking.
(2) If any changes, interruptions, or terminations to the products/services booked by the user are caused by the product/service provider, the terms of service of the provider shall apply, and Lemon Trip will assist the user to the greatest extent possible but does not make any promises. Any losses incurred as a result of this shall not be the responsibility of Lemon Trip.
(3) If any changes, interruptions, or terminations to the products/services booked by the user are caused by personal reasons,
[1] changes and refunds are not allowed within 72 hours before departure.
[2] Changes are allowed free of charge or a refund of 50% of the paid amount can be made within 72 hours to 10 days before departure, depending on the actual availability of the tour.
[3] Changes are allowed free of charge or a refund of 100% of the paid amount can be made more than 10 days before departure, depending on the actual availability of the tour.
Note: The above information is the refund and change standard of Lemon Travel service platform. If it is different from the refund and change standard of the product/service provider, both standards must be met. Lemon Travel reserves the right of final interpretation.
用户/客户（Client / Customer）自愿通过柠檬旅行服务平台预订本次旅行产品/服务，并且已经详细阅读、理解并接受本合同的相关内容、注意事项和本协议有关约定,接受该等文件所规定的条款约定。如果用户在本网站，访问、预定或使用柠檬旅行的产品或服务,便默认视为用户接受了以上所有条款及免责说明.
The user/customer voluntarily books the travel products/services through Lemon Trip, and has carefully read, understood and accepted the relevant contents, notices and agreements of this contract, and agreed to the terms and provisions set forth in such documents. If the user accesses, books or uses Lemon Tripl’s products or services on the website, it shall be deemed that the user accepts all the above terms and disclaimers.
